Tell us the trail and what's wrong: a locked gate, a washout, a turnaround that won't take a rig, water that isn't running. Or report it in the app on the trail's own page, which is faster.

The app

Tell us what phone you have, what you were doing, and what happened. If a recording stopped partway, say roughly when. On Android, Settings → Apps → Outrider → Battery → Unrestricted usually fixes it.

Privacy

Your rides, horses and photos live on your phone. Settings → Erase what is on this phone removes them. Shared rides carry no name or ID. Privacy policy.
